Studio Policies And Expectations
1. All students are expected to be on time. Any latecomers will not have the opportunity to make minutes at the end of lessons.
2. Lesson payments are due at the beginning of each month in advance for 4 lessons. 5 lesson months will be billed accordingly. Lesson payments are non-refundable.
3. A 24 hour notice of upcoming absence is required to be eligible for a makeup lesson. All makeup lessons take place by appointment only. Only 2 makeup lesson can be redeemed per quarter.
4. Studio vacation times are New Year's Day, Ozark Schools Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween Evening, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Vacation.
5. The Studio will remain open on School Holidays and Snow Days at the discretion of the instructor. Safety is top priority. The Studio will remain open on Teacher Work Days.
6. All students are given 1 "no show" lesson as an excused absence (not a credit) per year. A second "no show" absence and the student's agreement will be terminated.
7. Illness does happen. Please let the studio know if the student is ill as soon as possible. The lesson fee will not be credited or refunded, however, you will be offered a makeup lesson by appointment. 2 makeup times allowed per quarter.
8. Illness does happen on the instructor's end as well, whether it be Stephanie's or her family. In this rare occassion, you will be notified by text to the number on file. You will be offered your choice of a makeup time or credit to the following month's tuition.
9. Payments not made by the first lesson of the month will incur a $10 late fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.
10. You can make a payment anytime by logging into your account on this website. The Studio accepts credit cards through Paypal, cash, or personal check. All are welcome!
